Ronit Pressler
Ronit Pressler is Consultant in Paediatric Clinical Neurophysiology and clinical lead of the Telemetry Unit at Great Ormond Street Hospital for children, London and Associate Professor at the UCL-Institute of Child Health. She currently serves as Honorary Secretary of the British Society of Clinical Neurophysiology.
Her research interests focus on neonatal seizures, particularly their diagnosis and treatment. She has an international reputation for teaching neonatal EEG and is director of the ILAE EEG course ‘EEG in the first year of life’. Dr Pressler has been chairing a number of international task forces and working groups including the ILAE neonatal seizure classification task force, the ILAE neonatal guidelines task force, the neonatal seizure working group of the Brighton Collaboration and the neonatal seizure working group of the International Neonatal Consortium (INC).
